Franchette has 20+ years of experience in human resources, counseling, and resume writing, including working at the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) and various positions in the Military and private sector assisting Servicemen and Women transition.

Through our services, we are helping Veterans translate their experience and military service into a viable resume. Employers are seeking employees with the values and experiences that Veterans possess, and we are the link between the two.
